As the author, I bring all of my experiences over the last 30 years as a Management Consultant, Workplace Investigator, Executive Coach, Trainer and Expert Witness specializing in bias, prejudice and hate. All too often, I was hired to intervene where parties were not engaging each other and I was hired to come in and address the toxic conflict behavior pattern.
For that toxic bully, for that narcissist micromanager boss, for that jerk, for that difficult family member (mother-in-law?) - I will give you skills, tools, a script so to speak of what to say or do, how to, and when to engage the toxic behaviors and the toxic person. So many books are about being more "self-aware" - raising your own self-awareness but they don't equip you, skill you up, give you specific, relevant and impactful tips and tools to truly make a difference in your life.
