Zayda is a Latina woman who is a passionate motivational/Inspirational speaker, published author, wellness coach, entrepreneur and a survivor of trauma, bullying, sexual assault, domestic violence, rejection and mental health torment. She believes her calling is to inspire and uplift others. Her life experiences have taught her the power of perseverance and the importance of overcoming obstacles. Zayda is committed to sharing her story drawing from her own struggles with mental health illness for years, with the hope of connecting with those facing similar challenges and teaching them that there is hope admist the chaos. Despite her tragedies, she is committed to teaching radical forgiveness as a path to finding peace and joy.
