Trees. They grow, they reach for the sky, then they wither and die. But... Do they have to?
What does it mean to be a mortal? To have a life? To live? To die?
The life of one mortal is often of little consequence. But Aelfred Reinhart? ... That's to be seen.
Growing up on a forest world life was... relitively simple. When their father left to find his 'north' Aelfred found themself wondering about the worlds beyond. When they ran away from home they never imagined they'd see them for themself.
A wizard. A witch. A knight. A hero.
This book is the first in a series of books to come by Kalub Rowley in their origional series The Mortal Worlds.
Hi, this is me, Kalub. I've been writing since I was fourteen. As soon as I could get my hands on a laptop I was typing away like a monkey on a keyboard. I've been writing ever since, never able to finally write that first book. But, people encouraged me. They inspired me to write, to put my story out there and make something proud to present to the world. After a rough few years in my life I was left in the worst place of my life. That's when I found hope.
Fredrick Nietsche, a philosopher from the late 1800's had written a list of recommendations for people to live their lives by to live to the fullest. Those recommendations changed my life and inspired me to get up and dust myself off. This book, in truth, is a memoir about my life up until now and the wild experiences I've gone through. I know, memoir, bleh. But it isn't really a memoir. It's a story inspired by my life. The story of Aelfred Reinhart who ran away from home, was cursed by a hag, and ran around the stars trying to find a cure. But in the search to find a cure what they really found was... themself.
Read about the struggles of Aelfred as they try to find a cure. Go through an everyday life in a massive fantasy world spanning the galaxy. Through hardship and perserverence this nobody becomes a somebody and saves the world! Or... well, at least a kingdom. Sorta.
Fate is Made.
Destiny is Undeniable.
