Beschreibung

How to Live on 24 Hours a Day is a book by Arnold Bennett, first published in 1908. This classic self-help book encourages readers to manage their time effectively to make the most out of the 24 hours in a day. Bennett argues that many people squander their time, one of their most valuable resources, without even realizing it. The core idea of the book is that even people with busy jobs and responsibilities can find time for personal development if they use their time wisely.

Arnold Bennett (27 May 1867 – 27 March 1931) was an English writer, best known for his novels set in the Five Towns which is fictitiously modeled on the pottery towns of Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire, where he was born. He wrote prolifically, producing novels, plays, essays, and journalism. Bennett's writing is characterized by detailed, realistic portrayals of everyday life and complex characters. His works are often considered as part of the realism movement in English literature.
