The recruiter has the task of
outlining what will be the most likely attitudes and behaviors of the candidate in a work environment, trying, at the same time, to optimize selection time.
In order to be able to make a competent selection, recruiters can make use of a series of methods and tools which, used in an appropriate manner, allow the collection of a considerable amount of data and elements.
For this reason the Selector must know how to use the
DOCUMENTATION METHODOLOGY:
- based on the rules and criteria of
Human Sciences,
- characterized by
scientific, interaction and quality processes.
In the 21st century it is essential that the Selection of the Personnel of the Companies takes place through knowledge and use of skills in the fields of Human Sciences, that can assess based on the context and requests of the Company and the motivation-expectations of the Staff.
Staff evaluation, through the concepts, methodologies and tools of the Human Sciences, make it possible of overcome:
- the rigid concept of
objective assessment,
- temporary
subjective assessments.
