My wife was a very superstitious woman. She believed in magic, fairies, curses, witches, all sorts of weird, wonderful and wacky stuff.
So when she told me she wanted to become a witch and join a coven, I bought her a broomstick and gave her my blessing.
Little did I know that she was actually delving into the occult and joining the local witches' coven.
I didn't find out until one night I popped home from work to find a strange car parked outside my drive. When I saw it was covered in all manner of Wiccan sayings and "Blessed Be's" and High Priestess On Board signs, I had a good idea of what was going on.
Now, I'm not by any means against Wiccanism or Witches or whatever it is they call themselves. Far be it from me to tell other people what to do.
But knowing that a strange woman, likely dressed in black was inside casting spells and initiating my wife into the occult made me uneasy.
When I peeked in the window, however, and saw them cavorting around the living room completely nude, my heart leapt in my throat.
