The texts that make up this publication are a portrait of Mattos Filho's pro bono work over the last couple of years. For this reason, each of the texts should be understood in the context of the moment they were first prepared. Each chapter also comes with a short introduction to assist the reader, providing context and information on any significant updates or developments in relation to the issue addressed. The publication of Human Rights in Evidence: Volume 3 is rooted in the belief that freely available legal knowledge on human rights is one of the key ways that Mattos Filho can contribute to expanding access to justice.
