Reputation is a valuable business asset; with a good reputation, almost anything is possible in business. Almost nothing is possible without a good reputation. Building a reputation is necessary, yet it is equally difficult to build it over time. In the context of turbulent market changes at the beginning of the third decade of the twenty-first century, sustainability takes on new dimensions. The authors' effort is to provide the reader with an analytical view of the sustainable development of corporate reputation.
