Recognized for its procurement and supply chain… Nike has developed an effective global network which embodies an economy of scale and scope. This paper examines Nike's sourcing strategy: assessing Nike's upstream supplier relationships and the local or global supplier decisions of companies operating in Hong Kong. Nike's distribution channels are also analyzed, where channels are described as capable of getting the product to the consumers in the Hong Kong market. Furthermore, this report examines the key issues Nike Company experienced before, emphasizing the ones influenced by the COVID-19 outbreak and ways of enhancing the supply chain. Secondary research findings are used as a foundation for the analysis, and concrete suggestions for improving Nike's supply chain are presented.
