The book Could we change the world is about treating different mental conditions with help cognitive behavioral methods. Our world is present in different areas by different individuals which acquired different mental conditions in stressful and changing situations. Different emotional responses create situations which seriously affect our society. So this book contains not only explanations how this happens and why, but how we can avoid those with Nobel outcomes w/o damage our psychological world which are important to keep healthy and productive. Our thinking is based on spiritual beliefs reflecting religious, basic needs and healthy or unhealthy interpretations of these beliefs. This book is reflecting efforts to give practical tools in implementing already existing cognitive behavioral methods. This is summation academic, practical and own observations for acknowledging the public.
