Surviving a stroke and coma, Curtis Cannon suffered a traumatic brain injury and slipped into depression. He noticed he had a great deal of time on his hands. He has been compelled to make an attempt to familiarize as many black people as possible. He started to read a lot of books that seemed to touch on the struggles, as well as the determination, focus, and the creativity that black people had to tolerate upon their quest to EVOLVE and gathered information learned from documentaries produced by Tariq Nasheed and historians such as Dr. Umar Johnson, Dr Phil Valentine, Booker T. Coleman, James Small, Michelle Alexander, Claude Anderson, and last but not the least, Dr. Yosef Ben Jochanan,
