Daniel Wolf intends this collection of mostly contrarian counter-wisdom to serve as a modest antidote to the monumental, shockingly profitable, and generally unhelpful self-help industry. He also hopes to provide a strong dose of amusement. But is laughter truly the best medicine? The author's answer is an unequivocal "YES!"
