The devil as a roaring lion is seeking whom he may devour. His goal is to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and to have it more abundantly. Spiritual warfare is real, and it takes place in the invisible realm. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. We look to natural means to fight spiritual warfare and it is not working as the battle is not ours to fight, but the Lord's.
Word Up is about putting on a suit of protection. It is getting the word of God in you to speak the word of God out of you. The sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God, is the armor in which we put on to withstand the wiles of the devil. Word Up!
