I wrote The Animals at the Zoo Go Roar and Play because I wanted to create a story that would capture the magic and joy of visiting the zoo through the eyes of young children. Animals have always fascinated me, and I believe they are a wonderful way to inspire curiosity, wonder, and learning in children.
I wanted to create a fun, interactive experience that encourages kids to sing, move, and play along with the story, " This book is about more than just animals—it's about celebrating the joy of discovery, the beauty of nature, and the bond we share with the world around us.
My hope is that this book will bring smiles, laughter, and a sense of adventure to every child who reads it. Whether it's pretending to roar like a lion, leap like a lemur, or stomp like a rhino, I want kids to feel like they are part of the story and the fun.
